Are you able to draw your consciousness?
Who are you (on paper)?
What colors are you? (The feminine)
What is your shape (the masculine part of you)?

It was a few years (4 to 5) that I began to recognizewhat our conscious being was/is and what it looks like.

Because all of us have different frequencies at different times of the day or lives, we vibrate at different levels, t imes, frequencies. These frequencies are different colors. For example, many people love turquoise and I am one of those people. The reason that turquoise is loved is because its frequencies are low, mellow, calming and peacefully relaxing and quiet. It is because in my life, I vibrate in the type “A” personality range as my m other did too. She and I were/are nervous and anxious people. We lived/live in the future and the turquoise calms us. However, my mother’s favorite color was red. She enjoyed the dramatic arguments and possibly the sexual tension that red holds. We are all different, but many people who are surrounded by stress and anxiety all day enjoy turquoise. I painted my home in Tyler Tx in various shades of turquoise and I felt at peace all the time in my home. I might paint my home in Galveston turquoises. That’s a possibility because I want to live in peace as I vibrate at a high frequency.

In my call to create, I’ve asked you to use a marker of a variable color. This marker represents the masculine you. That is the structure of your life. The structure would or might be the places you have lived, born, became ill, structured such as schools and employment. The masculine structures bring us stability. We must have structure. The feminine parts are your colors, the free flowing beauties, the lack of lines and un-uniformed, pouring out of the colors, all colors from black to whites, golds, silvers, grays to woods. All colors are feminine. We must t have both because what are colors without a form of some sort whether abstract or deliberately structured. Colors without form are a glob of nothingness and structures without colors whether black or white or brilliantly define d are only lonely structures. It is a balancing of you. You are the creator.

As you begin to create, think about these things. Who are you? And, what do you need? Your imaginary might reflect your own reality or your own self on artwork .

From IMM

Number 2 instruction. (I’m backtracking a little)

Get a marker preferably black, but any color that you want to use as your birth and lifeline, use that color.

Go to your colored consciousness artwork page that you did and let it dry (before you use your marker).
Close your eyes for this part of the artwork and with the marker in your non-dominant hand begin to find the place on your artwork paper to place a dot, and that is your birth. Keep your eyes closed and marker still on the paper and move it in directions that mark life events. For example, moves, grades and graduations, awards, troubles, playing sports, being in plays, riding horses, taking vacations. Move your hand with the marker of your color across your page to the place you sense it should move as you feel and remember your event.

Meanwhile, in the background, play your music. 🎼

This is my image so far. Please don’t feel like you must follow me, but if you need me to show you to direct your artwork, that’s fine. Remember, yours will be different than mine because we are different entities.

I drew my colors of my conscience and then I took a black marker to mark all my moves in 71 years. These are monumental structures that hold me during my stay on Earth. I chose black and you might have other ideas and so go for it. Or you might want to follow along until you take off. I sometimes do that and either way is fine. No worries. Just do the exercises.

I then drew colors around each place lived that represent my feelings about the place.

After that, I colored in my pod (consciousness) in purple and allowed some of myself to flow out.

I placed the Sun inside my pod and I will keep building up my consciousness and being. It might be pretty and it might not, but it’s okay. Give yourself permission to feel free to be yourself and the authentic self. Some of it is not pretty and that’s okay.

We are a circular or egg shaped being and we have yin and yang ☯️ within us. We should be balanced.

We experience bad stuff, but we return to central turquoise. And we are brilliant light yellows, but the black line of where we’ve been fractures through us. We are not all one sided, but we are balanced and turquoise by nature. Because we are balanced beautifully crafted and created as we create ourselves during each life lived.

Stay tuned…

Turn on some music, I use shamim drums to get there in my zone.

I mentioned the yin and yang ☯️ in my instructions for creating ideas. It’s my belief that I gained from my Near Death Experience that humans are (or, are made with) the yin and yang symbol that represents how we balance the energies given to us. Many people in our time suggest that we vibrate at a higher frequency; however, my understanding is that we balance the yin/yang given to us at birth through our genetics and our own consciousness in that we have our truer selves. The Problems that we have is when we haven’t learned to communicate with ourselves and learn how to create the “OM” of balanced thinking, behaviors, and actual actions. Getting a grasp on ourselves is a task. This is when it is okay to spend time on ourselves and it is not narcissistic behaviors when we are balancing ourselves for ourselves and others that we might live in truest peace with spouses, children, pets, wildlife and our Source of who we believe is the Supreme Being in the creation of the Universe and all living beings.

FYI everyone, I had no plan when I started this art project. All I did was to allow my free hand to draw in the directions of my intuition’s decisions.

The animal critter is probably something that is me. It feels familiar and holds my curiosity and expression.

The eyes behind are perhaps the directors eyes and how they see it. It goes as if it is not chosen for us, but then again, “free-will” has its place and is defined by us in a most profound sense of our lives. The masterpiece is completed at the last moment of breath and we are able to see where we took over from the baseline of our directors sight. Our take-over is either good or bad.
