Dreaming about Consciousness

Every night, before I fall asleep, I ask the universe and my guides to direct my dreams to understand what consciousness is, and just about every night, I have a deep sense of discovery within the reality of consciousness.

Last night, for example, was not about the defining characteristics of consciousness, but was more about traveling through it and within its framework. Yes, there are frames much like the binary system of designs and constructions of the framework. Traveling through it last night was deeply different, satisfying, and interesting.

Understandable, that physical form, is not truly 100% solid materials, but has frequencies that create a form of existence. Planet Earth’s gravity and atmospheric conditions require a frequency to present a form of a structure such as a chair. We know, because we learned in school, that nothing is solid, and everything has a vibration/s, and something such as MRIs (magnetics) and X-rays, can pass through the elements of bone structures so that we can see deeper inside our bodies. So, our bodies are not solid, and neither is the chair, nor mountain. Some elements vibrate at different frequencies, making them stronger and more dense in the fabric of composition.

Saying this about the frequencies, and composition, on can understand how to travel through materials by using consciousness, within a body, or mountain. we must regulate and shift our awareness to pass through the bodies of elements. This is one of the ways a faith healer can perceive and perform a spiritual healing. By traveling through the body with a conscious mind that perceives the elements in that it must see past and through. We conscious travel by using a similar technique or system.

Our consciousness adjusts to the atmosphere of the universe and its thousands of frequencies that must be traveled through by using a frequency sensitive sensor within our consciousness. Is this possible? Yes, indeed.

Are you able to perceive?

For Example, concerning dreaming and consciousness and traveling through dimensional spaces or levels, it’s similar, or the same as experiencing a good dream from a bad dream. It is because you are dreaming through levels of emotional frequencies. Some are treacherous and will exert rough stuff. So, being a good captain of your consciousness boat or vessel, will help you to navigate through turbulence in vibrational frequencies.

During NDEs or near death experiences, people say they went to hell, or heaven, or somewhere in between. A hellish experience would indicate traumatic frequencies in that you are passing through. A heavenly experience or happiness would be different or lighter frequencies within the consciousness realm.

And let me add, the frequencies that other planets, suns, moons, comets in our cosmos also hold frequencies that will affect our consciousness. This is how astrology works.

You know, I learned in my NDE, the cosmos and solar systems in our universe, uses astrology to figure the frequencies cast on other planets and solar system bodies. Astrology, though not called astrology, in that realm, is real, and is used today by beings in other dimensions, who travel this dimension and others.

Consciousness and Traveling

You are now going to rest having your eyes closed as I lead you on an expedition into your own conscious mind.

Close your eyes gently

Breathe in deeply and exhale gently with your mouth open on exhale. Let the air in your body empty out and then hold.

Hold for 3 seconds.

Breathe in through your nose and hold your breath for 3 seconds.

Breathe out and let yourself empty out.

Hold for 3 seconds.

Keep doing this.

Stress is anxiety is leaving your body and space.

Breathe in and hold.

Clean air is refreshing you. 3 seconds and

Breathe out and hold.

Keep doing this throughout the exercise when you feel tense and anxious.

Keep breathing in restfulness

Erase all negative energy

In with the new

And out with the old.

We are going to step outside of our general awareness and allow a new awareness to come to us.

Keep breathing and I will remind you to breathe from time to time.

A moment of silence

Invite your conscience to take you on the journey that you are destined to become knowledgeable.

Silence and breathe

Invite yourself much like a prayer that’s quietly inward focusing on your goals, your missions, your journey.

Silence for a couple of minutes.

If you brought a pen with you and paper, jot down anything that came to your mind when breathing and asking yourself to teach yourself what is deepest within you.

Jot it down in symbols for a couple of minutes.

Don’t talk

Keep yourself calm and relaxed enough to go deeper on the next breathing and exhaling exercise.

2 minutes, and have a sip of the water.

Deep breath again on a count of 4

Hold 3

Exhale on 6

Hold 4

Breathe in again. 4 CT’s

Hold 3

Exhale on 6

Hold 4.

Breathe on 4

Exhale 6

Hold 4

Continue to breathe in a meditative state of calm awareness.

Your eyes are closed

If you feel any anxiousness start breathing and exhaling again, at your own pace.

We become aware of certain aspects and you might have a need to jot something down.

Please do.

Be quiet

Come back to the calm state of mind.

Often I visualize a pair of eyes first.

The eyes express something

I Jot it down it down in my mind. You can use your paper and pencil.

You might see something different than I do.

Open up and become aware. Give yourself permission to explore your own consciousness.

Are you seeing nothingness?

What color is your nothingness?

Ask yourself why, and tell only yourself your truths. You are honest with yourself.

Breathe in and exhale again.

Let’s rest here.

You may see only a few small things, and that is your beginning. Remember this, and write it down when you can.

You might be flying in thoughts, and soaring here and there. You are free from the ties that bind you, and feel the freedom. Enjoy your flight. Remember this and write it down so you can remember how to fly safely the next time you want or need to take flight. Flying out of bad vibrations is an important skill. Get it down and learn it well. Teach your skills to your children and family. Remember us, the others. We need to learn to.

Some of you are flying, and I wish I was flying with you. I have flown a few times. It feels great.

Some are focused on small intricate details.

All thoughts are fine.

If you’re experiencing anxiety in your level of meditative awareness,

Then, whisper to yourself,

Call your name, and tell yourself to come away from the thoughts that cause fears or worries.

Step away, give yourself permission to close the door and open to a more peaceful environment. If you can fly out of this situation, please do.

This is where I teach others how to get out of hell or hades, in dreams, or near death experiences. Give yourself permission to get out of that frequency, and do this by, changing your thoughts. Change the story, change your mind about your life. Judge yourself fairly, lightly and truthfully. Give yourself grace. But, always be truthful. Everyone is or has shameful bad choices. All of us have chosen wrong paths, but here, this is where you can begin to change your mind. Offer grace and mercy. Walk away from the pointing of fingers. You are now free. Free you. Free yourself. Free the situation and unravel the binding cords of guilt and accusations against you. You are in a human body. It is not a mature material, but you, that lives within it now, are a force of truths, strength, love, mercy and kindness. In your strength of your truest self, free yourself from this place, and fly away from all of that frequency and next time that vibrational energy is near you, remember this time, and how you rose up, out and away. Change the situation. You can. Only you have the power and permission to free yourself. Let you go. Fly away.

Maybe you see a butterfly, or perhaps a nebula.

Breathe in and exhale. Let’s rest here for a while.

Please write down anything that thoughts that come to your mind.

You are going to begin to have deeper moments of self observation and awareness.

Reflect on these thoughts and write down anything that gives you insights.

You have opened your doors to awareness.

If by chance there is guilt from your past, then process through it. Begin to open each step gently and carefully. When it overwhelms you, stop.
