What time do you go to bed and wake up currently?
Between Dreams and Time ⟡

A Meditation on Sleep, Memory, and the Soul’s Journey
There comes a time in life when sleep no longer follows the rules we once knew.
It becomes something deeper, stranger—less about rest, more about return.
Some of us sleep best when the sun is high, not because of the body’s rhythms,
but because the soul finds quiet there—free from the pull of dreams.
For dreams are not merely echoes of the day.
They are whispers from lives once lived, or still being lived… elsewhere.
Fragments of moments we never recall living,
and yet feel achingly familiar—like smoke we almost catch.
You see, time is a comfort here… but not a truth.
Beyond this world, there is no linear path.
The afterlife has no clocks. No calendars.
It is all now. It is all then.
And when the soul returns—when we reincarnate—it does not always leap forward.
Sometimes it flows backward, into another century, another age,
another place waiting for the essence of you to fill it.
We do not walk one timeline.
We cross a web of woven light—an eternal braid of being.
So when we dream, we often travel.
We return to places our waking mind cannot name.
We meet faces we have loved in secret lifetimes.
And sometimes, we wake with tears, or wonder,
or the stillness of a knowing we cannot explain.
This is why my sleep shifts like the tide.
Because my timeline is thinning.
Because I am remembering—not just this life,
but many lives, braided into one silent song.
In the quiet spaces, between waking and dream,
between now and the eternal,
I feel the veil softening.
And I listen.
