To Breathe in, Druid Perceptions

From the first breath of life, the lens begins to form.

Childhood beliefs, subtle family currents, the praise that lifts us and the silence that neglects us—all of it settles like layers of glass.

Every smile rewarded, every truth silenced, every moment of belonging or exile etches itself into the shaping.

The mind, ever adaptive, learns what to notice and what to turn away from, what feels safe to see and what must be hidden in shadow.

Thus the lens is never neutral—it is alive with memory, heavy with inheritance, and luminous with the possibility of being polished clear.
