Astral Projection

What is it?

By BoJenn

Personally, I’ve astral projected as far back as a child as I can remember. It was my childhood impression that made me believe all of us do this, but some people are totally unaware and perhaps, call it by other easier names. For some reason, they are mistaken afraid of the unknowns: daydreaming, dreaming, imagining, relaxing, and allowing themselves to totally temporarily escape from the present reality of this world.

What is astral projection?

Astral projection (also called astral travel or an OBE — out-of-body experience) is the feeling that your consciousness or “awareness” can separate from your physical body and travel in another plane or around the physical world. People describe floating above their body, moving through rooms, visiting distant places, or entering other realms. It’s not one single experience — reports vary a lot.

To understand the letters OBE, one can refer to them when reading about near death experiences that have no disconnect from oxygen. So, let’s say, in a coma for a varied period of time, whether a few seconds to years of sleep, there is oxygen, yet the body and mind separate. The soul leaves the body and travels through its environment of beliefs, and understandings. It experiences a near death state of being, and yes, a near death experience has the same disconnect from the body, only oxygen is removed. When the oxygen levels are low and disintegrate, the body and soul becomes detached for ever, or the attachment lingers by on with one thread holding the two connected.

From my own near death experience, I found the spirit is the electrical component that bolts/volts us into the Matrix of Life. The soul is the part of you that gives you character and personality. To add will be the DNA and the energy that is within each cell making you and I into the being of possibilities that can happen.

Back to OBE and NDEs, are they similar, close or the same?

Dying seems to come in layers, and an out-of-body experience feels like one of the first — a gentle loosening where the soul steps aside from the body for a time. In those moments, many describe encounters with the familiar and the strange: loved ones who have passed, pets, spirits, even shadowy figures. What rises to the surface is often colored by the deepest roots of memory — the Sunday school stories, the family traditions, the early beliefs we either embraced or resisted. Whether one grew into faith or disbelief, those early impressions never really leave us. They lie quietly within, waiting, and in the mystery of an OBE or a near-death experience, they often return to meet us.

However, because I was not raised with any religion, my NDE was most formed by Buddhism 🕉️ symbols, though my knowledge of this belief system was limited from one college religion class taken in 1992, and I remember zero about the information that I needed to pass a test. Nothing was taken down into my soul.

Shortened:

Dying feels like layers. An OBE is the first — the soul slipping loose for a moment. In that space, we often meet the echoes of our past: loved ones, pets, spirits, and the childhood beliefs that shaped us, whether we accepted them or not. #OBE #NDE #Reflection

Last week, I read an article about how-to astral projection that, and it caught my attention because it said something that I’ve never heard or read before, and so after reading it, I tried the exercise, and it worked. In fact, I’ve used it a few times since last week when I want to disconnect for a few moments.

The exercise, was on WordPress, and I wish that I had saved it so I can share the auth with you. Maybe they will read this and say that it was their idea and will include a few more of their ideas found on their blog. The exercise is this:

When awakening from sleep, 😴 at that moment before, program in your mind to…. Nod your head slightly forward during the awakening stage, and you will then enter the astral stage. And yes, it works.

So for right now, I’ll leave you with this tad of information. Please, respond, if you want to.

Thanks 😊 and have a great day.
