Astronomer, and artist, Andrew Johnstone, who in the past at @MUSEA has led us in creating nebulae, and Andrew will not be forgotten by me.
At The Galveston,Tx, Recreation Center, I began another attempt of creating my perfect nebulae, (that doesn’t exist).
Andrew said not to ever worry about creating a nebula because when we fret over a few hours of work trying to paint one, and not being exactly right, we forget how long it took the primal source, the “Big Guns” creator of All, to design and paint. It took only a few 114 thousand years for small nebulae, and into the millions to design and create a magnificent womb of stars.
Many thank you’s going to the art class at the center. There are some fantastic artists there from old to young, and there are artistic friends there. Just wonderful and I thought I would share my feelings and say, “thank you.”
Never give up. It’s an ongoing therapeutic art project. Layer upon layers. Days into millions of years. After all, there is no time beyond Earth.
Layers of blues will be the next day of creation on my painting. I’ll add more stars, and white cloudy film on the edges will be twisted on my canvas.
If you don’t go to the rec center in Galveston, then one day you should. So, stop by and tell them you just want to see all the art, as it’s displayed in the rec area. Really good work there, I promise.
