What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?
A good question for us to answer. All answers will help the depressed gain skills for coping.
Number one, recognize that you are thinking bad stuff.
My question is… is all news bad? No, it’s not because it helps us find the reliefs needed. So, don’t turn off your news, just limit it in your day.
Number two. Learn how to meditate. Breathing is excellent.
Number three. Qigong or yoga helps extremely.
Number four. Release endorphins by walking.
Number five. Play mind games and try to use your intuition properly.
Paint.
Read a book.
Dance.
Etc, etc, etc… you’ve heard all of this before… now, do something about depression and negativity. Change your moods, change your perceptive fields, change you, and cope. And lastly, and a biggy, wear your best mask, until you make (fake) your mood that is filled with laughter.
Never forget where you came from and how to do this again and again.

Remember,everyone hurts, but some have already learned good coping techniques. Polish yours up. They’ve been crammed in the closet for a long time.
