Self Care…

How do you practice self-care?

Changes daily are made by me for self care.

Vitamins and nutrition are kept by being a pescatarian and a person who eats good foods… usually.

A little wine and beer, on occasion are a necessity.

Exercise, I fall a lot, so walking on the beach is stabilizing for me. Using a cane is also helpful.

Mind extending tasks such as reading are absolutely necessary.

That’s it for now… I’ll add more to this as my day progresses.
