Spiritually vs Religious Ideas

How important is spirituality in your life?

***This comment is my opinion and I based off my near death experience in 2019.

When my NDE occurred, I was a Gnostic Christian, and had been one since, 1998, when I left Christianity and its rhetoric and dogmatic nonsense.

When my NDE occurred, for many years, I felt it was neither spiritual or religious, as it was about science and mathematics. It explained to me through images the dynamics of how our universe works. It was neither religious nor spiritual.

However, being spiritual is a way to exist in this life, from a point of view, that beliefs and yearns, having ideas, that we humans, are loved and valued, are most importantly necessary in living life and having peace that a loving caring source of infinite love watches over us and our planet/universe.

After all, I was shown the science behind my own thoughts, and my own personal life journey and mission, during my NDE. Something must have cared. Perhaps, it was me, and I manifested something that cared.

Something cares.

“Stars, planets, nebulae, and galaxies along with golden pyramid.”
This painting seems to blend Egyptian mythology with cosmic spirituality.

It is the feeling that I had during part of my near death experience. I painted it about 6 years after the fact. Thank you for noticing. 💜

Didn’t understand the painting, it looks good and what are the symbols?

The painting was created after my NDE. It’s absolutely impossible to paint an exact picture, so painting what’s in our thoughts or minds is what we come up with. This picture is in my consciousness and thoughts as during my NDE. It is not exactly what I saw, but is how I felt during parts of it. Just like being free in outer space. No gravity, no oxygen, no suit to breathe, just simply free.

Again, thank you for responding. It’s always nice to chat

Nice to hear the experience. Did you see your body with clothes or just light and unimaginable figures. I am just curious.

Sorry, about not responding to your question. Your question was just seen this morning July 10th instead of June 26th. Hmm 🤔

I saw my face that was in a picture of myself, made 5 years before my incident. I never realized that I was the picture until awhile after my NDE, and the thought, was humorous. But, I never saw my completed body, as it was no more.

However, I am almost deaf now, and I asked for my hearing to be restored. The being looked at me and telepathically said, “Are you certain that you need your hearing right now?” I then realized, that hearing through the ears was no longer necessary, as every noise is read telepathically.

Because, there is nothing on the other side that is physical or of a biological reality, things are not seen as solids, but will be our own images of items that we remember. When I do my artwork related to my NDE, it’s not factual, nor close, as it’s impossible to create something that is not physically formed, but by using emotions and imagination, the art can and will be created. People don’t seem to get this, but forming images isn’t easy.

Thanks for your question. I’m so sorry that it just got to me.

It’s alright. Thanks for responding. “there is nothing on the other side that is physical or of a biological reality”. This is just what I believe too. See our religions have given us lots of fear about life after death as if we are having bodies and the figures coming wearing white clothes etc. If there is a body surely you will need food to nourish it and clothes to cover it. Only if there is a body you have to experience pain. Any way you had a great experience which is very difficult to portrait or explain. Try writing about it after your paintings, so can help people get rid of false beliefs and be more calm and cool in facing death, just like we change our old clothes and wear a new one for better looks.

Religions have lied and are manipulating the public by using fear of going to hell if… blah, blah, blah.
Why would anyone want to worship any god that deliberately delivers fear and threats, promises of hell, and other odd promises. As for me, I will stay away from those bad dudes and their followers of absurdities.

My thoughts. Yours sound close to mine. And no, we’re not going to anyplace created by the creators of fear and trembling. No thanks.

In death our soul which is a tiny light or energy leaves the body I believe. Only the body needs to be covered with clothes but why all the portraits show souls dressed in white with long hair etc. I wonder.

It’s my opinion that people who experience the afterlife or have an NDE see what that dearly want to see. So, white ghostly figures is what they want to see.

If someone wants to see a hellish place, they will conjure up the images. We are extremely creative and yet, we don’t realize how much we truly are.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Much appreciated.
