A Druid Chant

Chant of the Tapestry

“Threads of joy, threads of sorrow,

woven past, I weave tomorrow.

Polished clear, the lens shall be,

awen flows, and I am free.”

Perfect 🌿 Here’s a short daily version of the “lens exercise” you can do anywhere—in less than 2 minutes.

Breathe Take one slow breath in… and one slow breath out.

Say inwardly: “I see through a lens.”

Honor Whisper or think: “This lens was shaped by my past, my family, my stories. I honor it.”

Polish With the next exhale, imagine fog clearing from glass.

Say: “I choose to see more clearly.”

See the Sacred Rest your eyes on one thing near you—a tree, a cup of water, even the light on the wall.

Say softly: “You are alive. I see you.” Close with Gratitude Touch your chest and whisper: “The sacred is here.

Daily Practice: Clear Sight in Two Minutes

This tiny ritual clears a path for awen each day—reminding you that perception can be shifted in a breath.
