The things we fear cause the shadows to grow larger than they are.
The things we fear cause doors to open—
not to monsters,
but to the hidden corners of ourselves.
The things we fear cause fire.
The things we fear cause silence.
The things we fear cause power to rise.
How do we awaken from our fears?
By walking into the shadow,
and finding our own reflection there.
By naming the fear,
and watching its teeth dissolve.
By standing in the fire,
and learning we cannot burn.
Fear is the teacher.
Fear is the mirror.
Fear is the key.
We awaken when we turn the lock.
We awaken when we step through the door.
We awaken when we remember
we are greater than what we fear.
We awaken from our fears
through knowledge.
Knowledge is the lamp in the dark.
Knowledge is the key to the locked door.
Knowledge unmasks the shadow,
and shows it for what it is.
Through knowledge, fear becomes lesson.
Through knowledge, fear becomes power.
Through knowledge, we awaken.
