List three jobs you’d consider pursuing if money didn’t matter.
On my blog about Near Death Experiences, I sometimes find myself drifting back to the dreams I carried as a child. The very first was to become an astronomer — I can still remember looking up at the night sky, wondering what mysteries the stars were keeping. Even now, at 72, that dream lingers with me, like a gentle whisper from long ago.
My second dream was to teach art, not just in the usual sense, but as a way to expand the mind or “Consciousness Art” and open new ways of seeing the world.
And if life had taken me further down the road of learning, I would have loved to explore and share the language and religion of the Ancient Sumerian culture, keeping alive some of the wisdom of one of humanity’s earliest civilizations.
All of these dreams, though never fully lived out, still feel like a part of me — a reminder of the curiosity and wonder that shaped my journey.
