From a scientific standpoint, Masaru Emoto’s water experiments don’t hold up. His methods weren’t controlled or reproducible, so the claims fall into pseudoscience.
But where science stops, lived experience begins.
After an NDE/TDE, many of us recognize something science already hints at: consciousness doesn’t need to rearrange molecules to matter. It changes us. Our nervous systems, perceptions, healing, fear responses, and sense of meaning all shift—and humans are mostly water.
The bridge isn’t “thoughts change water.”
The bridge is experience changes biology.
NDEs don’t prove spirituality as physics. They reveal that meaning, intention, and awareness have real effects on how life is lived.
Science explains the mechanism.
NDEs reveal the context.
Both matter—when we don’t confuse metaphor for proof.
