How to get through a day without getting upset, angry, tearful and ready to fight someone
- Make a small reliable plan
- Breath meditatively
- An exercise that one can do with whatever ailment they have. Mine is a knee.
- Limit triggers: social media and public places
- Have exists
- Eat healthy foods
- Water and fluids
- Hobby
- Clean house
- Maintain plants outside
- Read and meditate
