To Write Aimlessly

When the state of your country is in unrest and tyranny is witnessed on the news and common regular citizens are gunned down, writing thoughts down is a necessity.

How to get through a day without getting upset, angry, tearful and ready to fight someone

  1. Make a small reliable plan
  2. Breath meditatively
  3. An exercise that one can do with whatever ailment they have. Mine is a knee.
  4. Limit triggers: social media and public places
  5. Have exists
  6. Eat healthy foods
  7. Water and fluids
  8. Hobby
  9. Clean house
  10. Maintain plants outside
  11. Read and meditate
