My taste buds changed as I awakened from my near death experience with new taste buds. Seven years later and a few months ago, I battle with my taste buds as nothing tastes great nor over the top delicious.

So, while now living in Galveston, have to say my favorite restaurants (2) are Gaidos and Viet Cajun. Seafood and Pho Shrimp.
