Hello!

Good day—or good evening—wherever you are in our world.

Yesterday evening, Jeff Reynolds released our second podcast interview. In it, we covered three major topics: my Near-Death Experience, my father’s UFO encounters and involvement with Project Blue Book, and my latest Zeta books. The newest is Zeta Returns, which is still in rough draft form, and the second is Lessons From Arecibo.

That is a tremendous amount of ground to cover in an hour and a half.

For the most part, my recovering brain did fairly well, but as the interview progressed, I found myself losing momentum when it came to remembering details. As a result, I left out a great deal about all three subjects.

Truthfully, I have spoken about my NDE so many times over the years that perhaps some of the enthusiasm no longer comes through when I tell the story. There are numerous videos of me discussing it scattered across YouTube, and sometimes I assume people already know the details when, in reality, many do not.

One reason I continue to write this blog is that sharing my experiences helps me remember them. It works in two ways. When I tell my stories, I gain a better understanding of them myself, and the act of writing helps organize memories that do not always arrive in a neat sequence.

My friends will tell you that I occasionally mix up dates, events, and details. Memory after an anoxic brain injury can be an interesting adventure. Yet the truth is that I am doing remarkably well compared to where I was after my NDE in 2019.

My word recall is not always as quick as it once was, and sometimes a name or event will hide from me when I need it most. However, my writing skills have improved dramatically. In many ways, writing has become one of the tools that helped me rebuild myself.

So if you find me wandering through memories, stories, UFO encounters, near-death experiences, consciousness, family history, and the world of Zeta, know that part of this journey is discovery—not only for you, but for me as well.

Thank you for joining me.
