“Most people fear death because they believe it is an ending.
But nature teaches a different lesson.
The seed dies so the tree may live.
The caterpillar disappears so the butterfly may emerge.
Stars die and scatter their elements across the heavens so new worlds can be born.
Death is not the opposite of life.
It is one of life’s methods.
Every version of ourselves eventually reaches a point where it can go no further.
Then something must be released.
Not as punishment.
As transformation.
The universe has always preferred rebirth to endings.”
