If you could meet the woman or man you would have become had your life gone exactly as planned, what would you admire about her or him—and what would she envy about you?
I would have been an astronomer and physics engineer.
I would admire her knowledge of the universe and her ability to explain mathematically what I can only wonder about.
Perhaps she would envy my imagination, my unexpected adventures, and the stories I have to tell.
I’d want to know what she had discovered; she might want to know what I had lived.
